Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your device, go to your Apple ID or Google account, then Subscriptions. Find Eat Like This and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
I can't log in.
Try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same method. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help.
The app isn't generating my meal plan.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Meal plans are generated on our servers. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in, or email us with your account email so we can investigate.
How do I request my data?
Email us at jackie@nutrish.ai and we'll provide a copy of your personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
